- It produces your designed products and/or parts in different sizes and wire diameters under mass production conditions using CNC Programming technique.
- There is a wire loading unit integrated with the machine and operating automatically, with a maximum load capacity of 1500Kg. The rotational movement is provided by a helical gear reducer coupled to a 1.5kW asynchronous motor. The load inverter used for the asynchronous motor is Mitsubishi brand. The straightness of the wire to be bent is manually adjusted with 7 Horizontal Position + 7 Vertical Position straightening bearings with V-shaped channels around them, positioned on the machine.
- The definition of the third dimension of products and/or wire parts is achieved by axially rotating the wire 360° degrees clockwise and/or counterclockwise around a fixed console, in the specified direction. This technology is used in many machines for spring wire bending production.
- There are no hydraulic units or hydraulic components. All movements of the machine are carried out using Kollmorgen Brand Servo Motors and SMC Brand Pneumatic equipment.
- The automation panel is designed and projected in accordance with European standards.
- Using simple bending tools, it allows you to bend the product on at least two and at most four different radii. The system applied to rotate the bending tool located in the center allows the use of complex profile equipment for geometrically complex products and also enables push bending of the wire.
- The standard size of the bending console = 820mm (distance from the bending tool to the body), which allows the production of closed contours (e.g., frames) with dimensions up to 750mm on the side. For large-sized products, a support table has been added to the machine (table dimensions = 1200 x 1200mm, see the photo above), which reduces vibration and allows for repeatable and stable bending of flat and 2D products.
- It is more suitable for the use of wire raw material produced in local factories compared to many European-origin machines – thanks to the “floating” mobility of the wire straightening unit (i.e., the wire does not pass through the straightening unit repeatedly when moving backward) and the presence of notched screws for more precise adjustment of the straightening roller positions, which facilitates the adjustment of linearity.
- It is very easy and practical to control the machine with the User-Friendly Interface Software. Commands and bending angles are easily defined and production starts quickly thanks to the interface program adapted to the Windows Operating System. Millions of product and/or part definitions can be made thanks to the advantage of extensive recording memory. Additionally, no product record is lost and/or deleted thanks to the Automatic Backup feature.
